Westchester is ready to rock this year. Newcomers, local favorites, and well-known recording artists are converging on the county during the next few months, bringing hundreds of tunes and tons of fun for families and music lovers alike. Make a note to attend these musical events to enjoy every beat of the bass drum and chord on the guitar while you dance the day away.

2026 RiverArts Music Tour

During the RiverArts Music Tour, tunes from every genre fill community centers, backyards, businesses, waterfront parks, and the heart of each Rivertown along the banks of the Hudson River. It’s the largest family-friendly, free event for music lovers in lower Westchester County and truly offers something for everyone — from classical and jazz to folk, rock, alternative, urban and world music. Finish the day with a sunset picnic and performances under the stars at the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront. Food and beverage trucks will be available. 

Location: Rivertown villages including Hastings-on-Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington and Tarrytown.

Hudson River Music Festival

Celebrate community, music and nature in the spirit of Pete and Toshi Seeger on June 21 at the Hudson River Music Festival. Three stages host numerous acts including four-time GRAMMY nominee Jesse Welles, guitarist Warren Haynes, Graham Lesh, environmental instrument workshops with Bash the Trash, and many more. With plenty of children's activities and delicious food, craft beverages and specialty drinks, there's something for everyone at this riverside event.

The 20th Annual Pleasantville Music Festival

New York's backyard jam returns for its 20th year, featuring The Fixx, Yola, Dream Street and OK GO, among many others. Grab the chairs and blankets and don your dancing shoes to rock with world-class headliners, emerging stars and local artists. Enjoy the warm, positive, zero-waste backyard vibe as you savor delicious food and beverages, and enjoy the beer and wine garden for the adults. There's also plenty of activities for the kids, ways for you to learn about local charities and treat yourself to some festival merch.

Bedford Music Festival

This year’s Bedford Music Festival will be headlined by The Motet, and will also feature the Jamie McLean Band, Summer Fling, and The Rock and Roll Playhouse Plays the Music of Taylor Swift. All performances will be held outdoors at Friends Field, set amid the picturesque gardens and grounds of Caramoor, with the Venetian Theater serving as the location in the case of inclement weather.

Up the River Blues Festival

Spend the day along the shores of the Hudson River listening to music from national, international, and Hudson Valley-based Blues artists, along with a tasty selection of food trucks, a craft beer garden and vendors.

Sleepy Hollow Music Festival

The Sleepy Hollow Music Festival features eleven bands across two stages at Sleepy Hollow’s river-front Kingsland Point Park. The dynamic music lineup leans heavily on 90’s nostalgia featuring headliners Everclear, The Smithereens with Marshall Crenshaw, Fastball, Sophie B Hawkins and more. The park will come alive with thousands of festival-goers enjoying dozens of food trucks, beer gardens, thirty plus craft and specialty vendors, a VIP area, kid’s activities and Halloween-themed events on site.

7th Annual Steinyfest

Steinyfest returns bringing audiences the talents of rising indie rock act The Stews, joined by a dynamic lineup featuring Boys Go To Jupiter, Illiterate Light, and Copilot — a mix of emeging artists across indie, rock, and alternative scenes. New this this year is the Vendor Village Stage, showcasing more intimate sets from standout performers, including Pete Francis (of Dispatch), alongside a curated lineup of local and emerging talent. Rounding out the festival atmosphere is a selection of food trucks, delicious beverages, bring-your-own lawn seating and free admission for children.
